Skyline Homes

In 1986 Rafael “Ray” Fernandez started Rainbow Building and Development, a general contracting and remodeling firm. In 2006 the company name was changed to Skyline Homes when Ray moved to Skyline Drive in La Habra Heights.

Since its start in 1986   the company has an unblemished record of accomplishment and customer satisfaction. In its 26 years in business there has never been a complaint of any kind filed with the State Contractors Board or any other agency. There has never been any kind of legal action filed against the company or owner. This remarkable accomplishment is a true testament to the high value placed on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction by the owners and staff.
