For nearly forty years, Skyline Homes built custom estates, hundreds of production homes for the nation's biggest builders, and apartment communities across Southern California. Now the second generation partners with landowners to subdivide, entitle and sell to those same builders, or buys land outright.
We know what the national builders are looking for, because we spent decades building for them. We'll look at your property honestly and show you what it could become.
Keep your stake. We take your land through subdivision and entitlements and bring it to national homebuilders, and you share in the upside.
How it works →Prefer a clean exit? We buy land directly from owners. No listing, no showings, and a straightforward close.
How it works →Larger lot than you need? A lot split can create new homesites while you keep the home you live in.
How it works →From a single hillside lot to whole subdivisions, the same family was on the job, and the same promise was kept. That record is what we bring to every land partnership.
One-of-a-kind estates, including the personal home of the founder of Young Homes.
See the work →Hundreds of homes built alongside KB Home and D.R. Horton across the Inland Empire.
See the work →200+ apartments remodeled and a ground-up apartment community in Upland.
See the work →John Young founded Young Homes and has put thousands of families into new homes. When he and his wife, Maria, were ready to build their own, they trusted Skyline Homes to do it.
Builders know what goes on behind the drywall. That's why our résumé reads the way it does: production work for KB Home and D.R. Horton, and custom homes for the people who know construction best.
Rafael Fernandez came to this country with nothing, and for a time he had no home at all. He became an air traffic controller, lost that job in the 1981 strike, and started rebuilding fixer-uppers on his own. In 1986 he founded the company that became Skyline Homes.
He went on to lead the Building Industry Association of Southern California and serve as a National Vice President of the National Association of Home Builders. Today his sons carry it forward.
Skyline Homes takes its name from Skyline Drive, where the company is headquartered and where we built some of the most remarkable homes in the hills, including 1615 East Skyline Drive.
